Giving Tree Award

Nominate an exceptional volunteer for our annual Douglas K. Hall Giving Tree Award! This award recognizes volunteers who consistently go above and beyond to support Davis students, school, and community.

Our Davis community is strengthened by dedicated volunteers who take on responsibilities and perform them exceptionally well. Their willingness to step up is part of what makes Davis an outstanding school!

The Giving Tree Committee, composed of past award recipients, the PTA Volunteer Coordinator, and Principal Daniels, will select those who’ve made a significant positive impact at Davis through active, year-long involvement in various activities.

Please include a detailed explanation with specific examples of their contributions. We encourage nominations throughout the year, but all nominations are due by May 1st.

You may nominate multiple volunteers, but please submit a separate form for each nominee.
