The Davis Elementary Parent Teacher Association's (PTA) mission is to ensure that every student at Davis can reach their full potential through public education. 

The PTA helps students by building strong working relationships among parents, teachers, and the school administration. We provide vital funding for programs, curriculum, and tangible supplies that our members have voted to support. 

We are a ground-up organization; it’s our members that decide how to best support our Davis Dolphins. While it may sound like serious business (and it is), being part of the PTA is a great way to build community and have fun at our various events and fundraisers, all while serving the Davis community. Click here to learn more about how PTA supports Davis Elementary.

PTA membership is required for access to our online directory. 

For returning PTA members - membership must be renewed every school year.

Joining the PTA does not obligate you to attend PTA meetings, but these family-friendly events are a great way to learn about what's going on in our school so we hope to see you there.

Membership dues are just $12.00–a small price that helps Davis Elementary make a positive impact on your child’s life and education. $7.00 of your dues remains at Davis to fund critical programs, curriculum, and supplies for our teachers. The remaining amount goes to National and Texas PTAs, which provide training, assistance and the framework to help students, parents and teachers work together. The Davis PTA wants to include all parents and community members and have its membership reflect the rich cultural diversity present at Davis Elementary. Any parent, guardian, grandparent, relative, student, alumni, or community partner with any connection or concern over the wellbeing of Davis Elementary can become a member of the PTA.
